How much does a free roof inspection cost?
Nothing. A Guardian project manager inspects your roof inside and out at no charge and explains what, if anything, needs repair or replacement.
Do you require a down payment?
No. Materials are paid for only after the owner or lender inspects them at the distributor's yard.
What warranty do you offer?
Residential reroofing projects come with a 10-year leak-free workmanship warranty, and we install manufacturer systems that carry their own warranty programs. Call us for the details on your project.
Can you help with a hail or wind damage insurance claim?
Yes. When it comes to insurance claims, we make things easy. We will meet with your adjuster and assist in any way we can to expedite the process and get you indemnified as quickly as possible.
How do I know if my roof is leaking?
Water coming in, brown stains or warped sheetrock on the ceiling, and mold are common signs. The most common cause is failed flashing around vents and other roof penetrations.
Do you do commercial roofing?
Yes. We install and repair single-ply, modified bitumen, built-up and metal roofing systems, along with insulation and specification roofing.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are done in one to two days once materials are delivered. Larger and commercial projects take longer; your project manager will give you a schedule.
