Testimonials

The team at Guardian repaired the exterior including framing, roofs, painting, and gutters at my parents home and rent house in Southwest Louisiana from damage as a result of Hurricane Laura. I was managing the repair process from Dallas. They advocated with insurance and helped me navigate that process. I highly recommend them.

Had damage on my roof and called this company and what an amazing company this is. One of the sales guys Rocky Patterson came out and affirmed I needed a new roof. Within a week adjusters came and Rocky was here with me. My claim was successful and within 4 days I had my new roof. They were here at 7:30 am and were through by 1:45 pm.

David was exceptionally responsive, communicating at every step. The quality of the work was excellent, and they made working through the insurance claim easy. I highly recommend them for your next roofing project.

Guardian came in after storm damage at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7843. Our roof was ripped almost completely off. Charles Mitchell of Guardian led the way in replacing our roof. He and his team delivered as promised. The roof is beautiful.

They came in as a second quote just to make sure the original company I was going to use was legit. All the issues I had that neither my insurance company or other contractor noticed were noticed by them, and taken care of in a quick, safe, professional and the right way. My home looks great!

I cannot say enough about what an outstanding job Shelby Byrd and Guardian Exteriors did for us. They completed the roofing for two of our homes damaged by hail, and replaced a skylight, gutters and a carport. We were able to get a number of upgrades installed so our roofs are substantially better than they were before the storms. I could not be happier!

Staying up to date with changes in products, utilizing top rated products, and having everyone on the same page paying attention to all the details that it takes to minimize any future problems.

A sales guy named Rocky Patterson showed up after the storms and said I needed a new roof, even though mine was only a year and a half old. The adjusters agreed it was bad and about to start leaking. If it wasn't for him I would have never known. My house looks great. Thanks Guardian!

Charles M came out after the storm on June 9th and helped remove branches from my roof, and in the process showed us how hail had damaged our home. Our roof looks amazing.

As someone who has worked with Guardian Exteriors repeatedly, I can confidently say they are genuinely looking to take care of their customers. Their staff is knowledgeable and willing to recommend options that fit your needs.

After working with them on several projects it is easy to see that customer satisfaction and quality is their number one goal.
